Public health officials in Massachusetts have reported three more instances of West Nile virus. State health officials have increased the risk rating to high in Milton and Quincy. More than a dozen communities are now classified as high risk. Meanwhile, a a highly transmissible cat virus has been detected at the Sangamon County Animal Center.
