He had just moved to American Top Team. Tuivasa switched camps because he wanted to listen to new coaches and change his fight preparation.

He worked out with heavyweight Francis Ngannou for UFC 331. He spent time with Ngannou during his training camp. But Tuivasa was stopped in round one regardless. The first-round defeat came right after his switch to American Top Team.
