Police in South Wales taken into custody an 18-year-old on Monday for a fatal collision. Officers say a car hit a cyclist on a busy street near Newport. The victim was pronounced dead on scene. The driver left the car close by, went back, and and drove off again. A man in the car ended up in hospital carrying injuries. Cops also held a second man over a caravan death case. They released him but set strict conditions. He is required to stay home and check in each week.
