Users worldwide report problems with Instagram ranging from access issues and slow feed loading. Downdetector data shows a sharp rise in outage reports now noted. Both the app and website appear non-functional at once. Meta has still not release a statement about this outage as of 22 July 2026. Similar issues have been noted across its parent platform, Messenger and Instagram at the same time.
