A YouTuber has been stripped of their whole channel of 190,000 subscribers after posting gameplay footage from the new horror game Hellraiser: Revival. YouTube handed down a lifetime ban despite the creator having censored nudity in the video. The creator said the decision wiped out a decade of content.

The ban looks linked to the game's graphic violence rather than nudity alone. Hellraiser: Revival has attracted scrutiny over violent content that goes beyond what YouTube's content policies allow, even when creators attempt to self-censor before uploading.
