Officials say the Gordie Howe International Bridge is set to open by late July. Work was delayed because Canada and the U.S. couldn’t agree on cross-border rules. Canada and U.S. teams are currently signing off on final plans. Detroit Free Press cited Mike Rogers saying the bridge could open any day now. Domestic news outlets in Canada furthermore announced the same deadline. No one foresees delays past the end of July.
