Singh is wanted for RICO offenses, targeted killings, extortion, and narcotics offenses. The FBI has also announced a reward for information on a fugitive tied to crimes in Southern California. Additionally, a fugitive in a decade-old Sarasota case is set for a court hearing. Another fugitive, with charges in Tennessee and North Carolina, was found walking next to a highway. New charges have been filed against a former former suspect.
