Arena REIT announced the entry into voluntary administration once notifications about the situation of the childcare group arrived.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was appointed as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have stepped in to oversee the financial oversight and financial status of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 got formal notice about the administration. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing uncertainty while KordaMentha handles the process.
